We are looking for a Frontend Team Lead to lead the frontend development team in creating and maintaining user interfaces for our products. You will be responsible for the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the user-facing components, ensuring high-quality performance and user experience.
This is a full-time position based in [Amsterdam/remote options if applicable].
How you will make an impact here
Lead the frontend development team in building high-performance, user-friendly interfaces.
Drive architectural decisions and ensure the frontend is scalable and maintainable.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., backend, design) to ensure seamless integration across the product.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement in frontend technologies and development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing for both performance and usability.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and performance optimization.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
